Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched 2-3 working days after we have received your order. Your order will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days after we have dispatched. Should no one be at the given address at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to us and an additional shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery. We use Pudo (Courier Guy) for all our deliveries. If you did not receive your tracking number or having issues with tracking your order, please feel free to contact us on the details provided in our "Contact" section on the main menu

Should you prefer getting your order delivered to a near-by Pudo locker, Please supply the address of the locker as the delivery address when you place your order and make an additional note that the given address is however for a locker location
